JRail Pass can not be issued in Australia.

You will receive JR pass exchange voucher.

You must exchange your voucher to JR Pass in Japan within 3 months from the date you purchase your voucher.

Narita Express train connects Narita (tokyo) airport to Tokyo city. Yes you can use JR pass on Narita Express.

JAPAN RAIL PASS, a joint offering of the six companies comprising the Japan Railways Group (JR Group), is the most economical means of travelling throughout Japan by rail.

All JR Group Railways – Shinkansen (Bullet Train) (except any reserved or non-reserved seat on NOZOMI and MIZUHO trains), limited express trains, and rapid or local trains. (With some exceptions)

JAPAN RAIL PASS holders can also use the TOKYO Monorail.

Aomori Railway services between Aomori and Hachinohe (but only for direct travel between these two stations on local or rapid services. Travel is not covered if you disembark at any other station on the Aomori Railway line.)

Buses: Local lines of JR Bus companies*1(excluding some local lines)
(Pass validity for particular routes is subject to change)
*1: JR Hokkaido Bus, JR Bus Tohoku, JR Bus Kanto, JR Tokai Bus, West Japan JR Bus, Chugoku JR Bus, JR Kyushu Bus

Ferry: Only the JR-West Miyajima ferry is covered.
**JR Hakata – Pusan (Korea) ferry is not covered.

Please have your pass and passport at all times when using JR Pass in Japan.

Cancellation fee is 10% (you will be refunded 90%)

You can only claim cancellation before  exchanging your voucher.

(we need to collect JR Pass voucher for refund process)

Once you complete the exchange, your pass is non-refundable.

JR pass  / voucher is paper ticket and can not be reissued

You will need to purchase new pass/voucher if you lose your item
